Terms of study.

These terms cover use of the Ponder Mosaic website and enrollment in chart sessions. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Who you are dealing with

The registered business name is Ponder Mosaic, established in 2017. The chart room is at 102 Asian-game-daero, Seo-gu, Incheon, 21550. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@pondermosaic.click or by telephone at 032-561-4472.

Acceptance

Reading the site is an acceptance of the public parts of these terms. A seat in the Retracement Studio, the Extension Mapping Clinic, or Private Chart Mentorship is accepted when you confirm the reply we send and the fee arrives. If a sentence in a written reply conflicts with this page, the reply governs that seat only.

What the sessions are

Ponder Mosaic provides technical analysis training in Fibonacci retracement and extension techniques. Sessions teach a marking habit: naming a swing, placing a chosen ratio set, and writing a cancel note. Any order you later place stays with your own broker. The sessions are education. They are not investment advice, portfolio management, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.

Charts, markets, and past evenings are discussed as study material. A level marked in the room can be wrong for the swing, and a swing that was right on Tuesday can be cancelled by Wednesday’s close. You remain responsible for decisions on your own account.

Seats and conduct

Studio capacity is eight. The clinic seats ten. Mentorship is one student. We may refuse a seat when the list is full or when the session is the wrong fit for the charts you describe, and we will say so in the reply. During a group mark, phones stay with coats. Printed charts you bring should be yours or a delayed public print.

Intellectual property

Text on this website, the evening order, and the swing sheets we print for a term belong to Ponder Mosaic. You may use your own marked sheets for your private study. You may not republish the term sheets, sell them, or present the room’s wording as your own course. Charts and notes you bring remain yours. Feedback you write to us may be quoted on the stories page with your name if you agree in the message. If you do not agree, we will not publish it.

Liability

To the extent Korean law allows, Ponder Mosaic is not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by transport, or decisions you make after an evening. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fee you paid for the session in question. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the Republic of Korea.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Incheon, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.

Changes

We may update this page as the sessions change. The version you accepted at enrollment covers that seat. The date of the latest change is 20 September 2026.
