Privacy notice.

This notice explains what Ponder Mosaic collects when you write to the chart room or take a seat, how long it is kept, and the rights you have in South Korea.

Data controller

The controller is Ponder Mosaic, 102 Asian-game-daero, Seo-gu, Incheon, 21550. Email info@pondermosaic.click. Telephone 032-561-4472. Choi Yejun is the person who reads inquiries and enrollment notes.

What we collect

The visit form asks for your name, email address, the session you are asking about, an optional preferred date, and a message about the chart you want to study. If you enroll, we also keep the fee record, the dates you attended, and any charts you hand us to mark. We do not ask for a resident registration number, a brokerage login, or account balances.

Server logs on the host that delivers this static site may briefly hold an IP address as part of ordinary delivery. We do not combine that log with the inquiry form.

Why we use it

We use the form to answer you and, if you enroll, to hold your seat, print the right number of sheets, and know which evening you are attending. Payment notes are kept so we can match a transfer and process a refund if one is due. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing about other businesses.

Retention

Inquiry messages that do not become a seat are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted from the mailbox. Enrollment names, attendance, and payment notes are kept for up to five years, in line with ordinary Korean commercial record-keeping, and then deleted. A story we publish with your agreement stays on the stories page until you ask us to take it down.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act you may ask to see the information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to suspend processing, subject to the records we must keep for accounting. Send the request to info@pondermosaic.click. We reply within a reasonable period and, where the statute sets a deadline, within that deadline. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea.

International transfers

The chart room is in Incheon and the mailbox is read there. Email delivery can pass through servers outside the Republic of Korea, depending on your provider and ours. We do not operate a foreign office. If a transfer of this kind is required to send or receive your message, it is limited to that delivery. We do not move enrollment files to a third country as a copy of our books.

Children

Sessions are offered to adults. If we learn that a message came from a child, we delete it and do not enroll the sender.
